Welcome to Aussie Car detailing By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Completion & Collection

• Once detailing or any other service is completed, we will notify you that your vehicle is ready for collection.
• Customers are required to collect their vehicle within 7 days of being notified.

2. Storage Fees

• If a vehicle is not collected within the 7-day period, a storage fee of $25 per day will apply from the 8th day onwards until the vehicle is collected.
• Storage fees must be paid in full, along with any outstanding service charges, before the vehicle will be released.

3. Vehicle Responsibility

• While all care is taken, Aussie Car Detailing is not responsible for personal belongings left inside vehicles. Customers are advised to remove valuables prior to service.
• Vehicles left on-site are stored at the owner’s risk.

4. Payment Terms

• All services must be paid for in full prior to or upon collection of the vehicle.
• Storage fees, if applicable, will be added to the final invoice.

5. Lien Over Vehicle

• As permitted under Australian law, we reserve the right to retain possession of your vehicle until all outstanding charges (including storage fees) have been paid in full.

6. Amendments

• Aussie car detailing reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page.
